The best time to pre-order product is always as early as possible! We start taking preorders as soon as a set is announced, and try to get a structured post up (like this one) as soon as the full product line has been announced, and graphics & prices are available to us.

Why are Prerelease Packs the best value?
Prerelease kits are available for preorder (and usually over-the-counter) for Prerelease-at-Home! This program allows us to sell you Prerelease kits to play at home on your own schedule! Each of these kits comes with 2x Play Boosters in prizing provided by WPN. This means you get 8 boosters total with every Kit (6 in the kit, and 2 prize boosters), plus the bonus rare/mythic in the Pack! Combine with with our discount on 3 or more kits, and you end up with the most efficient preorder for play boosters.
Will I get everything I ask for?
We do our best to secure enough product to fulfill every customer’s preorders, our event supply, and prizing reserve. However, market conditions can (and do) effect our success. When should I preorder?
As soon as possible. The moment the full product line is announced, send us a text with how many of each item you want! Our allocation methods (when needed) consider firstly with when the preorder was placed.
Can I preorder just one Commander deck?
No. We only take preorders on complete sets of Commander decks for each release. This helps the broadest range of customers have access to the decks they’re looking for (and saves us from a logistical nightmare). Individual decks will be available over-the-counter on the on-sale date, while supplies last.
When can I pick up my product?
If you have preordered, you will receive a text in the days leading up to Prerelease. This will let you know your allocation, and also when products can be picked up. Generally, all products except special edition bundles are available on the first day of prerelease. However, there are often exceptions. Check the text for details!
For those super eager to get their product, we are open until past midnight Thursday night (Friday morning) following Commander League, and you can pick up your eligible products at that time.
When do you start taking trades of the new set?
We do not accept trade submissions of the newest release during the weekend of Prerelease. Starting release Friday (seven days after Prerelease begins), you are welcome to submit cards for trade. Be aware, cards may have especially unstable data early in their life, and a high percentage of cards will be bounced back if we cannot make a fair determination of value.
