The best time to pre-order product is always as early as possible! We start taking preorders as soon as a product is announced, and try to get a structured post up (like this one) as soon as the full product line has been announced.

Will I get everything I ask for?
We do our best to secure enough product to fulfill every customer’s preorders, our event supply, and prizing reserve. However, market conditions can (and do) effect our success. When should I preorder?
As soon as possible. The moment the full product line is announced, send us a text with how many of each item you want! Our allocation methods (when needed) consider firstly with when the preorder was placed.
When can I pick up my product?
If you have preordered, you will receive a text in the days leading up to Product Release. This will let you know your allocation, and also when products can be picked up.
