Weekly Open Play
Thursday, 6p – Close
Saturday, 3p – 10p
Weekly open play is a great way to stay engaged with the hobby!
Join us every Thursday and Saturday.
Entry Fee
Weekly entry fee is $6.
Every entrant receives $4 store credit or any $5 MSRP booster pack with sign-up.
$2 goes to weekly prizes given out each week, and an additional $2 is contributed to end-of-season prizing.
League Structure
Each season runs for 8 weeks, with a week of down time for Trade Night between seasons.

This league is an open play structure that allows you to choose how you play and who you play with!
Earn Points
A checklist will be handed out weekly to keep track of points. Turn it in when you head out for the night!
Win a game – 2 points (Max 2pts)
Eliminate an opponent – 1 points (Max 3pts)
Complete an achievement – 1 point (Max 3pts)
Participate in the weekly theme – 1 point
Have Arena email on file – 1 point

Weighted random among players who earned points from winning a pod or defeating players

Weighted random among players who earned points from completing weekly achievements

Random Prize Quantity scales with attendance (one random per 4 players beyond 12)

Special League Rules
Cultivate Rule
In your main phase, during your first five turns of the game, if you did not play a land in your previous turn and have not played one this turn, you may reveal your hand to your opponents. If it contains no lands, you may shuffle two random cards from your hand into your library. Then, you may search your library for up to two basic lands, put one of them into play tapped and the other into your hand. You may only use this ability once per game.
Sideboards
Players are allowed a 10 card sideboard. These are the only cards that count as “outside the game” for cards such as Glittering Wish. Cards in your sideboard must adhere to all deck construction rules re: color identity.

Conceding
Players may only concede as a sorcery, or at the Cleanup Step.
This is a special action and cannot be responded to.
Card Legality
“Official Proxies” such as Collector’s Edition, International Edition, Championship Deck cards, and 30th Anniversary Edition are all allowed.

Nephilim
We allow the Nephilim to be used as commanders. If used this way, they are Legendary for all game purposes.
